BACKORDERED ITEMS
All backordered products will be shipped within 5 business days of the expected date given. 

PAYMENT POLICY
Southeastern Products accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept money orders, cashier/certified checks and personal checks for all purchases. Please allow 10 days to process checks. $20 service charge for all returned checks.

Sales Taxes (7%) for all orders delivered in Georgia.

FREIGHT POLICY
All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Standard method of shipping is via UPS or DHL.

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped via insured DHL "ground" shipping within 5 business days.  Since a DHL shipping calculator is not compatible with our check out system, the calculator provided has been adjusted to reflect accurate s/h charges via DHL Ground.

RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY

For products purchased through 3rd Parties, please contact the salesperson at the store where the product was purchased.

All returns / exchanges must be received by Southeastern Products within 14 days of the delivery date on general merchandise.  Restocking Fees of 15% will be applied to any returns.  No shipping charges refunded.

Follow These Simple Steps To Avoid Any Delay:

  1. Contact Us to be issued a Return / Exchange Authorization Number (RMA#).  All returns of general merchandise must be received by Southeastern Products within 14 days of the original delivery date.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted or processed unless accompanied by a valid RMA#.
     

  2. PACK IT...Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new and resellable condition. Include all original packing (original box, packing material, documentation, etc.) Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
     

  3. MARK THE BOX...Clearly write your Valid RMA# on the outside of the package. This will speed your return and/or exchange. Items without an RMA# will not be accepted. RMA#'s are valid 14 days from original delivery date.
     

  4. SEND IT...All return / exchange merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, "freight collect" or "third party" will not be accepted. If sent by US Mail, it must be sent registered return receipt and insured.
     

  5. All refunds will be paid by the Payment Method used in the original purchase. 
     

SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the event of shipping damage, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery of the package.  Please do not dispose of the product or any packaging materials (box, packing peanuts, protective bubble wrap, etc).  Further instructions will be given once the damage has been reported.

Any shipping damage not reported within 5 business days of the delivery of the package will not be considered. 

WARRANTY
Our warranty covers the original purchaser of a Southeastern Products item who has provided proper proof of the original retail purchase.

Southeastern Products warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase.  The Company agrees to replace any parts, under this guarantee, which may become defective under normal and proper use.  The Company will replace defective parts under this guarantee, if returned freight or postage prepaid including the cost of return shipping and handling.  Correction of such defects by repair or replacement shall constitute a fulfillment of all its obligations with respect to the item sold hereunder.   Labor charges or fees to repair or replace the defective part will not be covered / reimbursed by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product.  This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, or attempted repair by anyone other than the factory.  This warranty does not cover products sold in AUCTIONS, AS IS or ALL SALES FINAL. 

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the Warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

IMPORTANT: Do not tamper with or attempt to take the product apart.  Such action will void this guarantee.
